Hi! I'm Chris. I've been an agent since 2018 and full-time since 2021--initially going through my training with Keller Williams Heritage, all while being mentored by my now current broker, Thomas Nyman, who is brilliant in his own right but was mentored by the famous San Antonio developer, Dan Parman, who developed Stone Oak in the 80's--still one of the largest master planned communities in the United States. While I prefer to work in commercial brokerage, I have found a strong business on the residential side of things-- particularly multi-family investment purchases, residential sales and residential landlord representation. When I'm not working in real estate, you'll probably see me teaching and practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu (I'm a black belt), doing yoga, riding my bike, walking my dog, or enjoying life in Alamo Heights. I'm also the president of the Alamo Heights Neighborhood Association
