It has been almost 2 months since we moved in; it is such a clean, quiet, and secure environment to live in. I love how nature is incorporated, don't miss Sunset and sunrise moments.

There’s so many fees for no reason when you pay rent. Also a lot of noise late at night. I love the amenities and the space in the rooms are kind of small but it’s an okay apartment.

Arroyo Seco Villas is truly a place to call home. The management and maintenance staff provides an outstanding experience. Starting from the moment you meet the management staff to the maintenance staff that replies to the tenants without hesitation and confidence.
